Rize Industries Announces Chevy Silverado 2500 Fitment Expansion

Heavy-Duty Platform Support Extends Rize's Product Line Into the 3/4-Ton Segment

Rize Industries announced the expansion of its suspension product lineup to support the Chevy Silverado 2500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD — marking the company's first dedicated entry into the heavy-duty 3/4-ton truck segment.

The Silverado 2500 and Sierra 2500 share the same platform across GMT900, K2XX, and current T1XX generations, and Rize engineers spent over a year developing platform-specific fitment that accounts for the dramatically different front-axle loads compared to the 1500-series trucks. A standard 2500HD can carry 800 to 1,200 pounds more front-end weight than the equivalent 1500, requiring heavier spring rates, higher-capacity upper strut mounts, and more robust end links throughout.

"The 2500 platform is an entirely different engineering challenge from the 1500," said Sarah Kim, Rize's lead suspension engineer. "The geometry is similar but the loads are completely different. You can't just uprate a leveling kit spacer and call it a 2500 fitment. We built the entire kit around the platform's actual weight distribution."

What's Different About Heavy-Duty Suspension Engineering

Unlike half-ton leveling kits, the 2500HD product line required Rize to develop entirely new spring rate specifications, test under loaded and unloaded conditions with both gas and diesel powertrains, and validate geometry through a broader range of lifting heights. Diesel-equipped trucks add approximately 350 pounds at the nose compared to gas variants, a difference that directly affects spring rate selection and leveling kit performance under towing conditions.

What the 2500HD Expansion Includes

  • Front Leveling Kit — 2-inch billet aluminum spacers engineered for the 2500HD's front-axle load capacity. Compatible with factory torsion bar and coil-spring configurations depending on year. Diesel and gas spring rates available. Covers 2007–2026 Silverado 2500HD and Sierra 2500HD.
  • ProLift Coilover System (2500 variant) — 3–5 inch lift with heavy-duty spring rates calibrated for tow-spec and payload-spec builds. Rear Shock Upgrade Kit with extended travel for leaf spring configurations. Sway Bar and End Link Kit for lifted builds requiring additional body roll control.

Availability and Who This Is For

The full Silverado 2500HD and Sierra 2500HD product lineup is available now through rizeind.com. As with all Rize products, fitment specialists verify your specific build configuration before shipping — the 2500 platform has more fitment variables than any other truck in the lineup, particularly around diesel vs. gas spring rate selection and towing configurations. Owners with questions about 2500HD fitment, Duramax diesel builds, or towing-spec recommendations can reach Rize Industries at (833) 628-3265 or support@rizeind.com.
